01. General Information

Welcome to the website of Producciones Integradas SRL (hereinafter, "the Agency"), with Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71745380-4 and legal address at Av. Maipú 407, Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

By hiring our services or using our website, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

02. Services Offered

Producciones Integradas SRL is a comprehensive communications agency. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Media planning and buying (TV, Radio, Out of Home).
• Digital Marketing strategy and management (Ads, SEO, Social Media).
• Audiovisual production and graphic design.
• Political consulting and crisis management.

The Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with prior notice.

03. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Agency (strategies, designs, copy, scripts, videos) remains the intellectual property of Producciones Integradas SRL until the Client has paid the agreed fees in full.

Once payment is finalized, usage rights are transferred to the Client for the specific purposes contracted. The Agency reserves the right to use the work produced as part of its professional portfolio and case studies, unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

04. Payments and Billing

Services will be billed as agreed in the specific commercial proposal accepted by the Client. Invoices must be paid within the period stipulated therein. Failure to pay may result in the immediate suspension of advertising services and the withholding of deliverables.

05. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the business relationship. This includes client data, marketing strategies, budgets, and technical data.

06. Limitation of Liability

The Agency will use its best efforts to achieve campaign objectives. However, we do not guarantee specific sales or conversion results, as these depend on factors external to the Agency's control (market conditions, product, competition, third-party platforms like Google or Meta).

07. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires or San Isidro, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond.
